What happened
The OECD launched version 2.0 of the Hiroshima AI Process Reporting Framework on May 28, 2026 in Paris. It separates questions for model developers, application developers, and deployers, and promises a simpler experience for SMEs. Submissions are rolling and reports are public, which makes HAIP the closest thing to a free global transparency report any organization can file.
Who it applies to
Any organization willing to publish a transparency report, including deployers.
