It is the first harmonised standard under the AI Act and gives providers of high-risk systems a route to presumption of conformity for Article 17. The standard's Annex D maps its requirements to ISO/IEC 42001 Annex A, which matters for organizations that already run a 42001 program.</p><p><em>By Justin Ryan.
